We don’t sell services, we form relationships with our clients to understand your business, and then apply our marketing tools to help you achieve positive results. What we can’t provide in-house, we will outsource and manage through our friendly team. To make things simple, there are three different ways of working with us to suit your business. We aim for client relationships to be healthy, fresh and fruitful –our three client relationship plans are therefore known as Orange, Cherry and Apple.

Pete Orgill, Creative Director
Pete has over 40 years experience producing creative for advertising and promotional activities for both national and local clients. He loves working with retail clients as he enjoys the ‘psychology’ of the purchase. Recently, Pete was particularly proud to work with long standing client Fairway Furniture to evolve their brand identity. The aim of this was to establish their positioning, reach new markets whilst retaining the quality recognised by their existing clients. Pete has played violin since he was a boy and has gigged in bands ever since, even gaining the accolade of Pub Entertainer of the Year! He’s got both an art and music studio in his home and can often be found either mixing paint or sounds!
Mike joined Orgill as an artworker originally and has now been with us for over 10 years, developing creative for many client brands and campaigns. Mike’s particularly proud of the new Chapel 24 property development brochure he’s worked on with Just Flats, which he feels is very much ‘corporate with an edge’. Mike’s a keen golfer with a handicap of 9 and can often be found walking the fairways at the break of dawn on a Saturday morning, while the rest of us are having a lay-in!
Lucy Orgill, Designer / Artworker
Lucy is Pete’s daughter and very much follows in his footsteps both musically and creatively. Lucy is especially proud to have worked on the 2007 rebrand of Orgill and to have helped develop the visual identity for our Orange, Cherry and Apple plans. If she’s not out walking DeeDee her faithful companion, Lucy is very often found diligently teaching herself a new guitar solo or sitting at her Mac creating soundtracks to her own music compilations.
Kadie is currently on maternity leave after having given birth to her baby boy Brayden. Kadie is a stickler for detail and an eagle eyed proof reader. However, more recently, Kadie is particularly proud of passing her foundation and intermediate level AAT and is now studying for the technician level qualification as she’s taking a keen interest in the financial side of the company. Right now, Kadie’s got her hands full with two little ones under the age of two.
Louise Dyer, Media & Production Administrator
Louise combines her time between media and production work making sure of the smooth running of our systems and keeping the clients happy. She is looking forward to expanding her role in the company. Louise often spends her free time in the kitchen, when she can wrestle it away from her other half (who is a chef), rocking away at a local gig or taking in some air by the coast walking at Bantham, Thurlestone or Wembury.
Claire Knight, Office Administrator
Claire helps out in all areas of the office and general administration. We are sorry that Claire is only in once a week, as she brightens the office with her enthusiasm and beaming grin. Claire is proud to have recently ploughed through a backlog mountain of office filing and cleared a number of desktops as a result! Claire has a collection of over 100 thimbles and can often be found bending the arms of her friends and family to extend this collection by bringing her back a souvenir from their travels.
Donna is our numbers whiz and ensures the smooth running of our books, keeping everyone happy! Donna is feeling proud to have been able to put her accuracy skills to use in a completely different area of the company recently, by proof reading all Orgill’s own rebranded promotional materials. Donna is a keen member of a local choir and operatic society and can often be found busily rehearsing or treading the boards in local theatrical productions.
Lindsey Jackson, Business Development
Lindsey has just joined the Orgill team and brings with her over 10 years experience in business development, marketing and sales. Her name is now probably quite well known among local companies (in a good way) and she is looking forward to developing existing business relationships on behalf of Orgill as well as getting out and about to find new contacts! .Coming originally from a creative background, in the fashion business up in London, Lindsey also has the skills to be able to sketch out visuals for clients, should the need arise! When not communicating with businesses, Lindsey has a passion for Argentine tango and devotes nearly all her spare time to practising this very addictive, creative and passionate dance.
Helen looks after a number of Orgill’s existing clients, including Air South West and Drakes Jewellers. Helen is particularly proud to have supported her client, Pennywell Farm through a very wet summer, highlighting all their exciting indoor activities with a tailored promotional campaign. Helen is an avid basketball fan and is regularly found supporting the Plymouth Raiders both at home and all over the UK.
Ayshea Lawson, Administration Officer
Ayshea has joined us on a modern apprenticeship and is a welcome member of the team with her enthusiasm and infectious smile. A smile that has made her a finalist in ‘The Face of Plymouth 2007’. She is Orgill’s front of house and makes sure the day-to-day administration goes without a hitch. Ayshea can sometimes be found sat in the crowd at a Plymouth Raiders game or sat in a coffee shop with friends at the mall, where she can indulge in her other passion… shopping (a past time shared with a few members of the Orgill team!).
We are thrilled to have Sarah back at Orgill after returning from maternity leave. Sarah is back on a part time basis, so that she can balance spending time with Zach and baby Izzy with managing Orgill’s own sales and marketing activities. Sarah is especially proud to have recently finalised the development of a simple but effective Customer Relationship Management software system for Orgill, which will soon also be available to our clients to help them manage their own sales and marketing processes. Sarah is often found walking around a muddy Cornish campsite (especially this year) in her Havianas – the ‘world’s best rubber flip flops’ – or in the garden, tending to her vegetable patch.
Liz is Pete’s daughter and is proud to have recently taken to the helm of the agency as well as continuing to account manage clients such as Fairway Furniture and Plymouth Pavilions. Liz believes firmly that research is key to a solid marketing campaign and is excited to be planning some focus groups with Orgill’s research partners, Ragdoll Research and Planning for a new client she recently presented to. Liz is a sun worshipper (bad luck this summer!) and is looking forward to spending Christmas and New Year travelling in the USA. Liz has an enviable collection of shoes, takes sheer pleasure from finding a charity shop bargain and can often be found driving around the country (when she remembers to put oil in her car and doesn’t blow up the engine!), catching up with old friends!
